All used trucks go through the following checks
Comprehensive inspection
A qualified engineer carries out a meticulous examination to identify areas of the used forklift and components requiring attention
Reconditioning process
Components are either repaired or replaced with only genuine spare parts
Engine check and emissions test
On engine powered trucks, to ensure complete operational reliability and compliance with exhaust emission regulations, the engine undergoes stringent testing using the most up to date diagnostic equipment
Battery and charger check
On electric used forklifts the battery and charger is checked to ensure serviceability, and cells replaced where necessary
Pressure washing
Each forklift is thoroughly steam cleaned to remove all accumulated dirt and grime prior to inspection
Pre-delivery check
An independent multipoint check is carried out, including chain and fork certification, and a legal control certificate is also provided with every machine
