Linde Safety Guard is an innovative monitoring system that increases safety for truck operators and pedestrians in the vicinity of the truck. Active advance warning in the event of potential hazards means that everyone involved can react immediately.
Depending on the application and the equipment, the Safety Guard system warns of imminent danger via acoustic signals, flashing LED lights or vibrations. Hazards can then be dealt with before any physical injury or collateral damage occurs.
The blue shades represent the predetermined warning zones Safety Guard is constantly monitoring on moving forklifts, at stationary points at blind spots and on moving pedestrians.
A reversing industrial truck is one of the top reasons for forklift accidents that result in injuries to people. Narrow racking aisles, visually restricted intersections and confusing areas often make it difficult for pedestrians to see a reversing truck in time.
Static warning signs increase caution and warn people of possible dangers, but are not always effective. With the Linde TruckSpot, the industrial truck carries its own warning sign wherever it goes, thus defusing critical situations before they occur.

This visual solution intuitively draws attention to moving forklift trucks, significantly increasing safety, both in aisles and at crossings where visibility is poor.
Linde's Warning Lines system helps to protect pedestrians from potential hazards by projecting clearly-visible bright lines onto the floor of the workspace.
These Warning Lines can be projected to the left, right and rear-side of the industrial truck, indicating where the hazardous area is, and helping to defuse any dangerous situations before they arise. Easy to retrofit and adjust, the Warning Lines help to prevent foot injuries and collisions from rear end swing.
Many lighting systems for forklift trucks illuminate the working area only at certain points and often leave the edges dark or cast reflections on the mast or load which dazzle the operator. Linde LED Stripes offers an innovative lighting concept which solves these problems. The stripes provide optimum illumination of the working area at the front and rear of the vehicle, enabling safe, precise and efficient work.
The two-colour light strips use white light to illuminate the truck's direction of travel. If the direction of travel changes, the light colour automatically changes from white to red. This allows pedestrians and other vehicles to identify the direction in which the truck is moving.
The Linde VertiLight provides optimum illumination of the working area, improving the visibility of the racking, load and forks thanks to its half-circular design and wide light band of LEDs.
The LEDs distribute the light uniformly reducing glare so that oncoming vehicles and pedestrians are less dazzled, and the operator is not irritated by reflective goods or truck interiors. The illumination angle can be individually adjusted to adapt to any application, and as a result of it being attached to the side of the mast, there’s no distracting light reflection off the mast.
A compact, high performance LED spotlight for projecting warning and mandatory symbols in intralogistics from a fixed position. This gives an early visual warning signal to anyone in the path of the oncoming forklift, and provides excellent visibility even in low light environments.
The added advantage of being a lighted permanent fixture is that there's excellent permanent visibility, with no impairment from dirt, wear or tear. There's also an option to couple this with Linde Safety Guard or a rolling gate control.
