This pedestrian-guided reach truck/pallet stacker is designed for big workloads and a busy work schedule. Its advanced AC technology offers a robust motor for smooth and easy control all the time. Meanwhile, its electronic power steering reduces the effort required to manoeuvre heavy loads. And this type of steering also reduces fatigue. The battery which powers that AC motor also has a convenient battery roller system for easy battery exchange. The stacker also offers an innovative heat-releasing system which prevents internal components from overheating. This enables longer uninterrupted hours of work for a huge boost in productivity. And the stacker’s pantograph reach mechanism can handle a wide range of pallet sizes. In addition, you can expect an improved lifespan on the ER15-101, thanks to its vertical gearbox configuration providing outstanding strength to its structure.
The ER15-101 is a comfortable and easy- to-use reach truck. The walkie pallet stacker offers an ergonomically designed tiller control handle with fingertip lift/lower buttons and thumbwheel forward/reverse lever. The tiller is also centrally mounted so the distance between the operator and the truck allows for an optimal view of the fork tips and load.
When it comes to safety, the ER15-101 is designed with operators’ security in mind. Its safe hydraulic system prevents the mast from abruptly dropping if there was an unforeseen and sudden loss of hydraulic pressure. The truck is also equipped with an advanced anti-roll back system that keeps the load steady on slopes and avoids rolling back when starting or stopping.
You also get lift limit and speed control as standard safety features on the ER15. This ensures safe operation when there is an overhead obstruction, and will reduce the truck’s speed automatically when the load is above ground level.
